Welcome to my business! I have been working as an Alternative Health Practitioner in Nowra/Bomaderry for over ten years and believe that natural health is where good health begins.
I am qualified to provide a range of Alternative therapies – Remedial massage, Naturopathy and Biodynamic craniosacral therapy (BCST) to support your health and I strive to provide positive outcomes.
These modalities offer real results and benefits to your entire health - promoting well-being.
I work with all health conditions, though I have a particular focus on PTSD and trauma based illness, the nervous system, and it’s associated health conditions, as I have seen how trauma and stress affects a person’s overall well-being and witness its direct impact on health. My treatments are at aimed at supporting a person’s system and providing that healing space to a client in need.
Surprisingly many conditions originate from an imbalanced nervous system. Working with the musculoskeletal system has brought me to realise there was much more involvement between the nervous system and the musculoskeletal system than was previously given credit for. This should not surprise us, as the nervous system runs throughout our entire body.
This interconnection is my focus. New clinical research proves this and lead me to study Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as a way to down regulate the nervous system with allows for the unwinding of the entire system to occur. However, massage does this too, although differently, via the fascial connections.
